Spend a day at the beach

South Beach features long stretches of sand and calmer waters, perfect for walking and spending the day with the family. East Beach is ideal for boogie boarding and fishing. Beach equipment rentals are available through Riverside Adventure Company on a daily and weeklong basis.

Explore the island

In addition to golf carting, kayaking on the marsh and biking are some of the best ways to see the island! Rent kayaks, canoes, bicycles, surf boards, or paddle boards from Riverside Adventure Company. Bikes can also be rented from Coastal Urge. Golf carts are available with rental homes; if you’re coming over just for the day, you can also rent a golf cart at Cary Cart Company.

Hit the club!

You can purchase a guest membership to the BHI Club or Shoals Club if your rental home includes this option. Options include 2 day, 3 day, or weekly memberships which will provide access to the pool as well as multiple dining and beverage options. At the BHI Club, you will also have access to play tennis, pickleball, golf, and croquet.
